PBI Dashboard - ELT Performance KPI (Nexora Global)

The ELT Dashboard was designed to provide Nexora Global’s leadership with a single source of truth on company performance across all Areas, Business Units and Regions.

It tracks six standardized KPIs per area (Finance, Sales & Marketing, Operations, HR, Technology, Customer Success), showing YTD Performance and the ability to deep dive into each area or KPI to get more trends and insights.

Executives can filter by five BUs or four regions to compare results, while an Executive Summary page highlights one key KPI per area for quick top-level results.

The dataset covers 2023–2025, structured in a clean star schema with clear formatting (percentages, dollars, days, scores) to ensure accuracy, clarity, and comparability.

Designed with UI/UX best practices in Power BI, the dashboard makes performance trends easy to understand and actionable for decision-making.

Tableau Dashboard - AP Dashboard

The Accounts Payable Dashboard provides a clear overview of AP performance through five key KPIs—AP Balance, Average Days to Pay, On-Time %, Discounts Captured, and 3-Way Match Rate.

The main users are the AP Manager and AP Analysts, who rely on the dashboard to monitor unpaid exposure, identify overdue invoices, resolve exceptions, and track the overall flow of invoices through the AP process. Teams such as P2P, Procurement, Treasury, and Controlling also use the information to understand vendor compliance, forecast cash needs, and support accurate month-end reporting.

Designed with a clean, intuitive layout and UI/UX best practices, it helps leadership quickly identify growth opportunities, monitor performance against targets, and make data-driven sales decisions.

Tableau Dashboard - Sales Pipeline Analysis 

The Sales Analytics Dashboard, built in Tableau, provides a unified view of sales pipeline performance and opportunity trends across accounts, owners, and stages.

It tracks key metrics such as Total Pipeline, Opportunities, Win/Loss, Average Deal Size, and Win Rate, allowing users to filter by Account, Stage, or Opportunity Type for deeper analysis.
